Welcome to Diamond Sweetness Catering and Passiflora Spa! By engaging our catering or spa services or visiting our website (www.diamondsweetness.com), you agree to the following Terms & Policies. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your interaction with us and outline our mutual responsibilities.

1. Our Services

  • Diamond Sweetness Catering: We provide custom catering services for events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, and special occasions.

  • Passiflora Spa: We offer spa services, including treatments, packages, and gift certificates, available at our location or via delivery within a specified radius.
    All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed through a signed agreement and payment (see Section 3).

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Diamond Sweetness Catering or Passiflora Spa, let us know, and we will make it right. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Contact us at:

3. Reservation Policies

  • Catering Bookings:

    • A detailed proposal will be provided based on your event requirements.

    • A booking is confirmed only after a signed contract and full payment are received (see Section 4). You may lock in your catering date by paying in full early.

    • Minimum notice of 7 days is required for standard bookings; rush orders may incur additional fees.

  • Spa Reservations:

    • A 100% non-refundable deposit is due prior to your service to secure your appointment.

    • We will arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment.

  • Payment Options: We accept cash, Bitcoin, debit, or credit card. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Delivery (Catering & Spa): Delivery is available within 50 miles of Canton, MI. A delivery fee of $50 or more (depending on distance) will be applied to the order.

4. Payments

  • Catering Payments: Full payment for catering services is due 7 days prior to the event. Early full payment is required to lock in your event date. Late payments may result in cancellation.

  • Spa Payments: A 100% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spa service. No additional balance is due unless add-ons are requested.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Catering Cancellations:

    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are as follows:

      • More than 30 days before the event: 50% refund.

      • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.

  • Spa Cancellations:

    • If you need to cancel, you may only reschedule your appointment.

    • If you do not call to cancel or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the booked service.

    • No refunds are available on spa packages, spa deals, or gift certificates.

  • Our Cancellations: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, acts of nature), we will work to reschedule your service.

6. Menu & Spa Service Details

  • Catering Menus: Menus are customized and finalized in the contract. Changes may be accommodated up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability and additional costs. Final guest counts are due 7 days prior; increases may incur fees, and decreases do not reduce the price.

  • Spa Services: Treatments and packages are confirmed at booking. Add-ons may be available depending on time and resources.

  • Allergies: Please inform us of dietary restrictions (catering) or skin sensitivities (spa) at booking. We are not liable for reactions unless caused by our negligence.

7. Liability

  • Food & Spa Safety: We adhere to local health and safety regulations. Clients assume responsibility for food or spa products once delivered or served, unless mishandled by our staff.

  • Damages: We are not liable for damages to property or persons caused by guests or third parties. Clients are responsible for damage to our equipment due to negligence.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, event/service specifics) to provide our services.

  • Use: Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., vendors) or as required by law.

  • Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your data but are not liable for breaches beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.diamondsweetness.com (e.g., images, recipes, logos) is the property of Diamond Sweetness Catering & Passiflora Spa and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or supplier failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of Michigan, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, MI.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Policies at any time. The latest version will be posted on www.diamondsweetness.com with the effective date.
